Na segunda-feira passada, 17 de Março, foi dia de São Patrício (Patrick), o santo padroeiro da Irlanda. A Ilha Esmeralda... cheia de verde e lendas e misticismo... Arco-íris e duendes verdes... Trevos e jigs (dança irlandesa)... Por alguma razão o meu coração bate mais forte quando vejo imagens sobre a Irlanda e sinto uma necessidade de ir lá... talvez este ano... talvez não... mas de certeza um dia... e se eu encontrar um caldeirão cheio de ouro ao final do arco-íris, eu conto-vos... :)

Last Monday, March 17th, was Saint Patrick's day, the patron saint of Ireland. The Emerald Island... full of green and legends and misticism... Rainbows and leprechauns... Shamrocks and jigs... For some reason my heart beats stronger when I watch pictures about Ireland and I feel an urge to go there... maybe this year... maybe not... but one day for sure... and if I find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, I'll let you know... :)

elas não se conhecem mas têm uma coisa em comum: elas responderam ao meu PIF (pay it forward).
PIF é um desafio em que apenas as 3 primeiras respostas recebem algo e depois elas vão fazer o mesmo no blog delas.
Não vai ser surpresa porque elas estão a ver agora aqui mas eu queria colocar as fotos antes de passar a Páscoa fora...

they don't know each other but they have 1 thing in common: they answered my PIF (pay it forward).
PIF is a challenge that only the 3 first answers will get something and then they have to post it in their blogs too.
It won't be a surprise because they are already seeing it now but I wanted to post them before spending Easter at my parent's...

estes são os meus chinelos:
- calço-os assim que chego a casa;
- eles mantêm os meus pés quentes;
- também calço chinelos no verão (estes da foto não, claro);
- eles vão comigo quando durmo fora;
- quando me sento, os dedos dos meus pés brincam com eles;
- fazem-me sentir confortável e relaxada;
- os meus chinelos fazem parte da minha vida diária.

these are my slippers:
- I wear them as soon as I arrive home;
- they keep my feet warm;
- I wear slippers in summer, too (not these on the picture, of course);
- they go with me when I sleep out;
- when I sit, my toes play with them;
- they make me feel comfortable and relaxed;
- my slippers are part of my daily life.
